Hi, my name is Randy Tipton. I am CSSP House Manager/Direct Care Supervisor. I graduated from Batesville High School in 1980. I’ve been working in this industry for 11 years mostly as a Direct support Professional until February 2023 when I became a House Manager with Myers-Davis. I’ve worked every job you can imagine in my life, and after 40 years, I’ve finally discovered what I am meant to do.

I have 6 grown children and 7 grandchildren. In my spare time, I like to golf, travel to see my kids and attend concerts. I also like going to the horse races when I have time.
