Mary is a Pre-ETS Educator for Midland, Concord, and Southside High Schools in the north central region of Arkansas. She worked for Southside School District for 13 years. She has an associate’s degree in general education from Arkansas State University in Beebe and a Bachelor’s degree in social work from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. 

Mary is a long time resident of Independence County, Arkansas and graduated from Southside High School. She was married to Thomas Hagins, and they adopted two little girls that she is now raising. She and her husband fostered for six years and had many children come through their home with varying backgrounds and learning disabilities.
