Heather Keirn, OTD, OTR/L

My name is Heather Keirn. I am an Occupational Therapist and the Director of the Myers Davis Skills Training Center. I live in Southside with my husband and youngest daughter. My oldest daughter is currently living in Conway and attending UCA with plans to become a teacher.

I have a doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Arkansas State University Jonesboro, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Lyon College and an Associate’s Degree in General Education from University of Arkansas Community College in Batesville.

I do not have much free time as my youngest daughter is involved in numerous sports including school volleyball, club volleyball, school cheer and competitive cheer. I enjoy traveling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.

One of my favorite things when working with younger individuals in occupational therapy was to try to imagine what that person might become when he or she was older. With my position in the Skills Training Center, I am excited to help individuals realize their goals and help make those goals a reality.
