Hello, my name is Ashton Duerr. I am a Direct Care Supervisor in Northeast Arkansas for Myers-Davis. I graduated from Valley View High School and have worked in a variety of positions in the Waiver field for 19+ years. I have always loved working in this field, and I am very passionate about helping/being there for individuals and families.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids. I’m currently a member of the NEA Optimist Club and volunteer throughout the year with various organizations. Some other fun facts about myself are I love the beach, the holiday season, decorating, diamond art, NFL football, and shark week!
